My family and I have been fortunate enough to come in contact with Carefect from October 2012 till May 31st 2013. It was a stroke of luck that I picked up their brochure from Sunnybrook Health Care Services where my mom was recovering from brain surgery.

From the first phone call I received a very professional, honest and understanding staff. They met with us at the hospital and provided an amazing crew of PSWs who worked with my mom. They took care of all her needs from personal hygiene to keeping her company; medication management and most importantly they supported my mom and our family through out this difficult journey.

Our journey extended to home care where my mom was discharged to and if it wasn’t for this company I don’t know how we would have been able to manage the situation the way we did.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for caregivers for their loved ones. The staff is highly trained professionals who put the safety and well being of their patients at the highest priority.
